Twenty One MLAs from four states (Gujarat, Maharashtra, West Bengal and Delhi) attended a conference. Each MLA was from one of the four political parties, BJP, Congress, AAP and Trinamool Congress. It is also known that, the number of BJP MLAs who attended the conference was exactly half the number of the MLAs of each of the three other political parties. No BJP MLA came from Gujarat. Otherwise, from all the states including Gujarat at least one MLA of all the political parties was present.   There were not more than 3 MLAs of a single political party from a particular state present for the conference. If there had been one less MLA from West Bengal then the MLAs from Maharashtra would have been twice as many as from each state. A and B are AAP MLAs from West Bengal who attended the conference.
